FrontPage 2000 provides for an advanced way of creating and managing your web site.  With FrontPage 2000 extensions you are still able to use earlier versions of FrontPage, but the latest gives you more features and flexibility.  Although you can edit your pages locally and upload them to your site via FTP, some of the features that are included with the FrontPage package will not work that way. Using FrontPage allows you to create sophisticated forms, counters, include pages, scheduled images, hover buttons and other effects.  FrontPage Editor gives you ease of working with your pages, especially if you are familiar with word processing software like MS Word.
